The team at Aikyam Montessori is qualified to serve the needs of children from birth to 12 years of age. Each of our Montessori Guides have a certification from IMTC (Indian Montessori Centre ) a organisation established by Dr.Maria Montessori to maintain the integrity of work. Every team member periodically undertakes professional development to stay current with recent research and studies on education. We believe in educating and inspiring children to achieve their maximum potential as future global citizens.

Ms Lalitha

Lalitha is having experience in dealing with preprimary children, is a Montessori Trained Educator for (0-6yrs) of age group.She is a passionate educator whose leadership approach is deeply rooted in the collaborative and facilitative nature of the Montessori pedagogy. She aims to make a positive difference in the lives of children. As a result of this, Aikyam now has an open-hearted environment which encourages children to build independence and social skills as well as be supportive of their curiosities and self-expression.

Ms Bharani

Bharani is a qualified Montessori professional for (0-12yrs) of age group with an experience in early childhood education. She has extensive experience working with children. Colleagues marvel at her ability to connect with children of all ages and to engage them in a wide range of topics. She also advises parents on how they can help the child learn any topic in a simple manner.
